You don’t need a new notebook or a perfectly quiet morning to write a few lines. A spare piece of paper can be enough. This is an optional reflection exercise, with no right answer and no requirement to finish.

What would I like more room for?

Write down one thing you would enjoy having more time for. It might be a conversation, a hobby, a slower lunch, or time alone. Describe what it would look like in an ordinary week rather than an ideal one.

What is already meaningful?

Notice something you would like to keep: a person you enjoy seeing, a familiar place, or a small routine. You can write a sentence about why it matters, or simply give it a name.

What could one small next step be?

Choose something within your control, such as sending an invitation or setting aside ten minutes. You can also decide that this is a week for noticing, without making a plan.

Keep the page yours

You do not have to share what you write. Return to it if you want to, change your answer, or put it away. These prompts are a starting point for your own words, not a measure of progress.
